The 21st edition of the most dynamic eCommerce summit was nothing less than a mega extravaganza! Krish TechnoLabs, for the fourth consecutive year, got this opportunity to be a part of this inspiring event, and we are here to share our experience from the Seamless Middle East 2020.
This year, when the pandemic is still lingering its effects in our lives, Terrapin did an incredible job of combining virtual and in-person experiences. Seamless 2020 took place on 16th and 17th November 2020 at Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Center simultaneously with a live, digital summit. The event got a massive response from tech enthusiasts around the world. Krish TechnoLabs is delighted to be a part of this uniquely conceptualized Seamless Summit as a proud sponsor and exhibitor.
Among many important events, the Launchpad, Seniority Session at eCommerce University, and Seamless Awards 2020 were the summit’s key highlights. Four of our esteemed team members took part in this two-day exhibit where networking, inspiration, and innovation were the main agendas. The tech lovers worldwide came together to discuss the vivid future of eCommerce, Fintech, Retail, Payments, Identity, and more. As a part of the virtual event, our speaker Mr. Devansh Shah talked for the Seniority Session, where he shared insights about technology changing older adults’ lives. The topic was – ‘How eCommerce is transforming senior citizens’ lives’, which was demonstrated by a real-life success story of a brand that Krish TechnoLabs has worked with. The ‘Ask the expert zone’ (booth B-60), as we call it, was buzzing with the respected senior business professionals, eCommerce managers, brand managers, and product managers from the biggest brands such as Emirates Airlines, Danube Home, DHL, Aramex, Checkout.com and many more. They approached us with their digital commerce needs. Our beloved Ms. Lina, Gallagher, who heads Emerce Consulting, was also present in our booth to add her unique expertise to our existing muscles centered around the end to end digital commerce services.
Mr. Aritra Bhadra – Business Development Manager and one of the speakers from KTPL, introduced a fresh concept of Magento Accelerators at the LaunchPad event of SeamlessDXB. Magento Accelerators is all about building an online store in as early as 4 weeks with industry-specific portfolios, specific pre-coded functionalities, and essential integrations. The approach is fresh, minimal, and profitable for businesses who want a scalable eCommerce Store up and running within days.

That is not it; we also interacted with the respected speakers to talk about different aspects of online commerce, various market trends, and what we can look ahead at in the future. We laid roots to potential business collaborations with some of the biggest entities & conglomerates across Dubai & UAE.
We take immense pride in being nominated for two of the Seamless award categories. Our works, Femi9 and THE BODY SHOP, were recognized as the industry-leading implementations in the increasingly competitive Middle East eCommerce market. The categories that we got nominations for are ‘Website Launch of the Year – Femi9’ and ‘eCommerce Website of the Year – THE BODY SHOP’.
Even though the pandemic is still hovering upon us, Terrapin ensured a smooth flow of the Seamless event. The speaker sessions were commendable and provided insights into the changing world of commerce and tech. We are grateful to be a part of this wonderful event where we got a chance to meet and learn from the industry leaders.
