It can now offer API access through Adobe Firefly Services, which allows users to assemble content using Photoshop and the Creative Cloud APIs, but also access Firefly functionality through APIs.

Simple things like uploading a sketch as a structure reference now allow Firefly to create an image based on the sketch, and uploading an image as a style reference sets the mood of the generated image – amazing to see how artwork based on a specific style can be created in seconds!
