Creativity has to be adequately challenged and channelized for itself, to do better day by day. And, human resource department at KTPL executes innovative ideas to plan employee engagement activities to revitalize their employees every working Saturdays.
These kinds of fun activities not only connect the employees with each other but also create an opportunity for them to work collaboratively. So, the HR team of Krish followed similar kinds of steps to rejuvenate its employees this weekend.
The enthusiastic work culture of KTPL provides a continuous growth while learning and having fun both in a balanced way! The event took place on the second working Saturday of 2018’s June, where everybody gathered and enjoyed to the fullest. The event was sequenced in the aptest way including the technical session first and then competitively ending the event, the game way!
With the advent of Saturday evening, our very own Mr. Jiten Padmashali (CEO & MD) and Mr. Vatsal Shah (CSO & Mentor) motivated KTPLites to work progressively. After a beautifully extended interaction with the employees, Sir Jiten unveiled KTPL’s theme for the year 2018-19 ‘ACHIEVE.’ It is essential for an organization to set its goal so that the employees have a focus on achieving that goal. This year, KTPL came up with the brilliant idea of abiding ‘ACHIEVE’ that reflects our goal to accomplish exquisite values: Trust & Transparency, Respect, Excellence, and Customer Delight in all endeavors of Krish Technolabs.
Next Up: Knowledge Sharing Session
Mr. Ravi Bhalodia (Manager – Custom Solutions) hosted the knowledge-sharing session and apprised us with Magento Commerce Cloud and its importance as Platform-as-a-service in the eCommerce industry. Ravi commenced the session by explaining the basics of Magento commerce- a leading provider of open omnichannel innovation. He further addressed the plenary by detailing the significant differences between SaaS and PaaS, cloud service models, and the reason for launching Magento Commerce Cloud. It is considered to be the most unique and an interesting way to provide a platform to your business. Brushing-up the knowledge of KTPL’s Magento developers and other employees, he took a grand initiative to spread the anticipatory approach of incorporating Magento Commerce cloud in the upcoming client projects.
Learn-Play-Laugh
After the session ended, KTPLites were asked to have a short break and get ready for the next phase of the event- Game Zone @ KTPL. There was a spark of excitement as three surprising games were planned for the employees. The evening, as well as the weekend, got sorted with such an interesting start.
The first game activity included ‘Scavenger Hunt’, where each team was asked to recognize the picture displayed on the screen. A chaotic yet cheerful atmosphere was built-up as everybody was eager to put up their answers.
Second game- ‘Seize the Ball’, was the most hilarious game at the event as the participants were asked to catch hold the ball at their backs but still most of them were able to perform better. We got some real ball-catchers in our company!
The third game- ‘Successive Smileys’, which portrayed the strength of teams at KTPL. This game was super-challenging as the team players stood in a row with their hands tied and from one end a ball was rolled to reach at the end. It is worth imagining how the ball would have rolled over the tied hands making its way to the end without any fall in between. Balancing the ball was really tough!
At last, Saturday at KTPL was dismissed with the evening snacks and lots of chit-chats. The HR team at KTPL not only understands the amount of stress the employees get while working 5-6 days continuously but also makes efforts to reduce the same just as it did this Saturday.
