We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives (The Hunter - Lead Generator) to join our team! As a Business Development executive, you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.
What You’ll Be Doing
Add value to sales plans and execute them so that monthly and quarterly sales goals are met and exceeded
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
Identifying new partnership opportunities
Building business relationships with potential clients
Co-ordinating with the marketing team to generate MQL
Responsible for qualifying MQL to SQL and passing it over to the
regional sales executive.
Assisting sales reps/executives in securing appointments for events and onsite visits.
Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
Contribute to achieving sales goals
Updating and managing CRM on a day-to-day basis and reporting to the RM.
What We’d Love To See
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools required for outbound lead generation.
Experience with CRM software, MS Office, Tools etc
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and campaigns
Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
KPI: Number of meetings/appointments scheduled, Number of leads
qualified (SQLs), Your assisted revenue – business/ revenue generated from the leads you generated
