As a Senior AEM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our Adobe Experience Manager-based applications and websites. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, software engineers, and content creators to deliver seamless digital experiences for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design, develop, and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows to support the organization’s digital initiatives.
Customize and extend AEM functionality by developing custom workflows, servlets, and services.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into functional AEM components.
Ensure AEM-based applications’ scalability, performance, and maintainability by adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using RESTful APIs and web services.
Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and deployment activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to AEM implementations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Stay updated on the latest AEM features, tools, and techniques, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We’d Love To See
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, with a strong understanding of AEM architecture and core components.
Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
Experience with AEM development tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, and Adobe Granite.
Hands-on experience with AEM integration techniques including RESTful web services, OSGi bundles, and JCR repositories.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Adept at problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues in AEM-based applications.
Adobe certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Experience Manager are a plus.

Educational Qualification Required: B. Tech/B.E. – Computer Science / Information Technology, M.C.A.
