It’s a story that started on a small piece of land and slowly turned into a castle of dreams for the toddlers! Fantasy World Toys began its toy retail business by importing some of the finest toys from across the globe since 1996. Gradually, they became Kuwait’s first toy retailer to introduce a US-designed toy store concept. It only got better after that! FWT catered from its 6 stores in Kuwait and wanted to go upbeat in delivering a seamless shopping experience.
After it stepped into the online shopping arena in 2018, Fantasy World Toys wished to create a playful and immersive experience for its audience. That’s when they forged a strategic alliance with Krish to leverage our digital commerce capabilities. To that, we assisted the toy retailer make its way into the hearts of their “young” customer base by leveraging our omnichannel and cutting-edge eStore solutions.

On their quest to find the missing puzzles, Fantasy World wanted to add a flavor of playful designs in their overall UI/UX to establish a seamless experience. Team Krish helped them with an up-to-date digital commerce platform and streamlined the operations. Once the team could establish a stable flow of their backend operations via a native app, our next focus was to deliver a unified experience. Fantasy World Toys has been enjoying the best of both worlds by offering its products at physical as well as digital stores. In their collaboration with us, we facilitated the toy retailer with custom-crafted strategies to establish a sync between them.
Further, on the journey, they wanted to bring convenience to every customer touchpoint. Starting from the Product Display Page (PDP) that could showcase multiple available delivery methods, Krish also helped the brand by establishing the ease of picking their preferred delivery method from the PDP or cart page, leaving a hassle-free shopping experience. Followed by an easy checkout process leveraging a click-and-collect KIOSK at their stores, the brand was on a roll to offer their toys like never before!
The Strategy
Fantasy World Toys caters to a huge audience in Kuwait, and our experts wished to understand their goals well. After a comprehensive analysis, team Krish helped them establish a customer experience that was not just convenient but also efficient. We began with a seamless migration from Magento Community 2.1 to Adobe Commerce Enterprise Version 2.4, which resolved the majority of issues related to the store performance and streamlined minor yet key backend operations.
Krish also strengthened the brand with a brand-new UI/UX perspective to serve well. Additionally, our experts tried to minimize the hassle by centralized inventory management solutions that could enable their store to offer multiple delivery options like “Click & Collect” and “Express Delivery.” Using our store optimization expertise, our experts formulated and helped them with the option of delivery within an hour or two. Then we headed on to simplify their payment process by integrating major payment gateways to ensure customers don’t have to indulge in a time-consuming process to get their favorite products. With quick and easy steps from searching, discovering, and purchasing the products, Fantasy World Toys is running smoothly on its omnichannel adventure!
