When Grandiose partnered with Krish, the brand was processing only a few hundred daily orders, hindered by disconnected systems, underperforming infrastructure, and operational silos. The challenge was to scale thousands of orders per day with unified inventory and customer data, and deliver a seamless experience across all channels.
The platform became the backbone of Grandiose’s omnichannel strategy, with a custom aggregator enabling seamless management of inventory, pricing, and promotions across key external marketplaces. The Picker App supercharged fulfilment, ensuring faster, more accurate order processing. Meanwhile, a real-time substitution workflow instantly provided alternatives for unavailable products slashing cancellations and driving operational efficiency. Solution
Team Krish reimagined Grandiose’s digital ecosystem to support its growing retail demands. Magento Open Source formed the foundation for a robust platform, enabling the seamless integration of commerce, inventory, and operations.
A custom built aggregator platform which is developed on the MERN stack, enabled centralized control of pricing, inventory, and promotions across third party marketplaces like Talabat and Careem. Integration with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and POS systems facilitated seamless real time inventory synchronization, ensuring operational accuracy and enabling customers to access updated stock availability instantly.
For order fulfilment, Krish created the Picker App, which streamlined store level operations, allowing quick and accurate picking even during peak demand periods. The substitution workflow handled last-minute product unavailability by automatically recommending alternatives, ensuring customers were never left with empty carts and reducing cancellations.
With Klevu's AI led search, customers could quickly find the products they wanted, even with a catalog of 100K+ SKUs, and a unified loyalty program via Zinrelo rewarded frequent shoppers across every channel. Mobile performance improvements powered by GraphQL APIs ensured that the customer journey, whether on mobile or desktop, was fast, responsive, and consistent.

The aggregator platform acted as the backbone for multichannel sales, enabling live pricing and inventory management across Talabat, Careem, and other third party marketplaces. This omnichannel approach gave customers more ways to shop, while ensuring a consistent experience across platforms.
