Krish TechnoLabs developed IDS’s next-generation online store and associated portal based on Magento’s eCommerce framework.
The primary objective for IDS was to develop a cloud starter package and then move onto building various modules as per the business requirements. The secondary aim was to sort and align pricing, inventory and quota databases as per customers and embassies. Krish’s team worked on a solution that integrated both these goals into one portal. Our focus was to develop a platform that provides seamless service to the customers with minimal and effortless paperwork.
Upon understanding the challenges, Krish’s team started with a robust cloud starter package and spun various modules to fulfill the business requirements. IDS needed a centralized portal where the admin panel can manage modules like Embassy management, Pricing, Quota Management, Product management, Customer management, Payment methods, and Outstanding balances.
Our team of certified developers made it possible with an added functionality of ERP sync. The backend processes were simplified for the IDS team to operate in a more efficient way, wherein the storefront was optimized for the customers to utilize in a more navigational manner.
Switching between the embassies, quota buying, using outstanding balances, customized product CSV uploading from the third-party vendors, and multi-currency payments are made possible with Magento 2.3.4 cloud.
