Solution
Krish designed and implemented a fully integrated, customer-centric D2C eCommerce platform using Adobe Commerce 2.4.7, powering product catalog management, checkout, promotions, customer data, and transactions. The platform was optimized for performance and scalability, enabling smooth growth.
AEM integration provided rich content delivery, enhancing the pre-cart experience and creating engaging, personalized shopping real-time inventory updates, and efficient return management, while syncing product availability and pricing dynamically across channels.
For fulfillment, Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) were managed via Aramex extension, and Al Futtaim coordinated Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) through the OMS. Location-based delivery SLAs were dynamically displayed during checkout for transparency and flexibility.
To enhance search functionality, our team integrated OpenSearch for advanced product discovery. Additionally, Mailchimp empowered personalized marketing. A mobile-first design ensured superior performance across all devices, providing a seamless and intuitive shopping experience.

Krish adopted a decoupled architecture, leveraging AEM as the headless CMS for content delivery and Adobe Commerce as the transactional backend. This hybrid approach enabled a scalable solution, supporting rich content experiences while maintaining robust transactional capabilities. The integration of global extensions from Panasonic HQ enabled seamless customer session management across both systems, ensuring a smooth experience for all users.
The strategy also included backend integrations for payment gateways (such as Etisalat), regional shipping configurations, and dynamic product pricing. By using AEM for managing multi-language content (English and Arabic), Krish ensured brand consistency across all touchpoints. Order management automation through Boomi integration streamlined order processing, providing a unified omnichannel experience. This approach not only transformed Panasonic’s digital landscape but also laid the foundation for its future growth in the region.
