As the brand had an online presence and a massive customer base of B2B clients, it was simple for the team to understand challenges. With the understanding that the vision was to expand their reach and enhance the experience, our primary focus for building a strategy was clear.
The team started with building a modern and merchandise-friendly design with a new look and features. The refreshed design allowed customers to shop by brand name. The team also integrated shipper HQ to support complex warehousing and shipping rates. The Magento-based B2B module was complemented with a warehouse locator to further enhance the experience.

With a refreshed look and new Magento B2B store, the brand saw results soon after the launch. Adding to its reputation, the brand noticed an increase of 43% in its mobile traffic. In addition, the store saw and increase in sales, a hike of 20% in their revenue and an 18% increase in their average order value following interface and experience enhancement. Adding to the overall experience, the average load time was reduced to just 2.6 seconds, which was a significant boost over their previous store.
