The Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports data analytics and machine learning. You'll ensure our data is accessible, reliable, and scalable for various business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, construct, test, and maintain data architectures, including databases and large-scale processing systems.
Build robust and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to move and transform data from various sources.
Optimize data retrieval and processing to support business intelligence and data science teams.
Implement data quality and governance standards to ensure data integrity and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
What We’d Love To See
3 – 5 years of experience in data engineering.
Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java.
Expertise in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with big data technologies like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
It’d Be Great If You Had
Knowledge of data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
Experience with data modeling and schema design.
