The main event began on 21st March till 23rd March, covering some of the most spectacular sessions by leading heads in the industry like Dave Ricks, Tig Nitaro, Shantanu Narayen, Anil Chakravarthy, and more! While we attended the Adobe Summit to discover new opportunities in the world of digital experiences, here are a few highlights that caught our attention at Adobe Summit 2023!
Unlike any regular opening keynotes, Adobe Summit 2023 had some of the seasoned experts to get the ball rolling for the mega event! We were in complete sync with Anil Chakravarthy, President of Digital Experiences at Adobe, when he threw some light on the emerging dependence of digital commerce businesses on developing seamless digital experiences. In his speech, he introduced the beta version of Adobe Firefly that helps generate content for creative output.
It was followed by their announcement of the family of Sensei GenAI Services that drive digital transformation by reimagining every marketing aspect. Undoubtedly, Adobe is already ruling the world in helping businesses scale their digital game. Marcus East, executive vice president & CDO of T-Mobile, and Susan Somersaille Johnson, CMO of Prudential Financial, talked extensively about how leveraging Adobe tools helped augment their business manifold.
One of the keynote speakers was Adobe’s CEO, Shantanu Narayen, who gave a remarkable speech on how Adobe is working towards shaping the future of digital experiences. The keynote was followed by a series of sessions and workshops covering a range of topics, from digital marketing to artificial intelligence. We were blown away by the wealth of knowledge shared by the experts. It surrounded well around driving revenue with intuitive and end-to-end customer experience, which is what caught our eye.
Being Adobe Commerce Specialized Gold Solution Partner, one of our favorite sessions was on customer experience management, highlighting the importance of building authentic and personalized customer experiences. It was insightful to learn about the latest trends and best practices in CXM, and we’re excited to put these learnings into practice for our clients.
Some tracks that were absolutely fruitful included “A Reimagined Adobe Campaign User Experience: The Perfect Hand” and “Innovations in Customer Engagement and Personalized Journeys” by Timothy Furlow, Sr. Manager, eCommerce Optimization & Personalization, Lenovo, Aidan Lyons, Chief Growth Officer, Williams Racing, Greg Webb, Solution Architect, General Motors, and Brett Willis, Managing Director, Accenture. These Personalized Omnichannel Experience Tracks helped us discover how Adobe facilitates any customer journey optimization portfolio that helps marketers connect and engage with customers wherever they are in the customer journey leveraging Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target.
A few sessions from the B2B Marketing Track were insightful too. Sessions like “Unified B2B Customer Data & Engaging Omnichannel Experiences” and “Elevate Your Marketing Campaigns with Adobe Marketo Engage” by Venu Tavisala, Sr. Director, Product Management, Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe, Jon Chen, Director, Advanced Analytics, Workday, Lenneke Loman, Group Digital Lead, Marketing & Sales, DSM, and Chris Willis, Digital Transformation Leader: Process Owner for Lead, Account, and Opportunity Management, Trimble were helpful in many ways. They focused on how businesses can leverage integrated tools across their martech stack to orchestrate and execute exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint. In addition, the sessions helped us learn how Adobe supports B2B marketers through data management, deep personalization, marketing automation, attribution, commerce, and more capabilities spanning products, industries, and use cases.
Another event highlight was the panel discussion on the future of eCommerce. The panelists were all experts in the industry, and they shared their insights on where they think the industry is heading. It was fascinating to hear about emerging technologies and how they will shape the future of eCommerce.
Aside from the educational and informative sessions, Jeff Zanik, our Client Success Director, also enjoyed the networking opportunities. He met many people from different companies and industries. It was great to exchange ideas and learn from each other’s experiences. With new acquaintances and brighter opportunities ahead, we have always found Adobe Summit to be a fruitful platform for networking and keeping it going with the new trends and technologies.
The event was also an excellent opportunity to network with industry leaders and connect with like-minded individuals with the same passion for technology and digital innovation. We had the chance to meet some fantastic people and learn from their experiences, and we can’t wait to keep in touch and continue these conversations beyond the event.
Overall, the Adobe Summit 2023 was a delightful experience for Krish. We left the event feeling inspired, motivated, and equipped with new tools and ideas to help our clients succeed in the digital world. We’re grateful for the opportunity to attend and participate in the Adobe community. We’re already looking forward to next year’s event!
