Saturdays Make Work Life Come Alive at Krish TechnoLabs!

Saturday Saturday… thus go the lyrics of a popular Bollywood party song. However, come every 2nd and 4th Saturday, the ambiance at Krish TechnoLabs changes for good. For then, team Krish gets treated to one classy event or the other! On August 9th 2014, the entire team at Krish TechnoLabs assembled together to watch the movie “All the Best.”

“All the Best” is a 2009 movie directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Ajay Devgn. The main starrers in the film are Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu, and Mugdha Godse. The film grossed around INR 59.3 crores on the box office.

This movie is a laughter-riot and full of comedy and fun. The story revolves around Veer Kapoor, who is a struggling artist. He hopes to make it big someday with his rock group. However, his condition is not okay at the moment, but is tottering financially. His only source of income is a monthly pocket money of Rs. 100,000 from his wealthy elder step-brother Dharam Kapoor. However, Veer has lied to him about being married to Vidya, his girlfriend.

His best friend is Prem Chopra, who is married to Jhanvi, who runs a broked down gymnasium owned by Prem’s family. Prem is a car-modification enthusiast, who spends time mechanically modifying cars. Things begin to go hilariously sour when Veer decides to borrow money from a gangster called Tobu so that he can bet on his friend, Prem, who is taking part in a car race.

The HR motive behind this movie was to de-stress the team and create a congenial and cheerful working environment on the floor. The movie had every body in the audience in splits. Towards the end, team Krish was treated to light snacks and soft drinks.

Yet another event held on Saturday 23rd August 2014 was “My Role – My Life”, a presentation by Mr. Vatsal Shah, HR consultant, Krish TechnoLabs. This talk was about the following aspects that everybody encounters in his or her life.

  • We spend considerable effort and time managing them
  • We can play out our assigned roles even better
  • All our relationship hinge on understanding
  • We need to match our expectations with what we produce as work

The session was interactive and included the involvement of everyone on the floor. The discussion was followed by refreshments for the entire Krish Team. Krish TechnoLabs intends to keep its staff moral high and will continue to organize such programs in the future!
