Faced limitations with the existing legacy ecommerce system i.e. not communicating with brand and its product story virtually, nor endorsing operational proficiencies and user experience, Tavola shop subsequently approached us to formulate and implement a comprehensive Magento ecommerce solution capable of boosting sales conversations across channels.

As a part of ongoing support tenure, Client wanted to automate their work such as offline quotation system, multi-currency price management, multi warehouse POS inventory and automatic assignment of orders, manage offline and online rewards system at both level. Along with this, we have to maintain entire store page loading time and ensure that won’t decrease after implementing any new features.
